Performance Marketing Executive
Campaign Planning & Execution:
• Develop and manage performance marketing strategies across channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, affiliate marketing, and programmatic advertising.
• Set up and execute campaigns, including audience targeting, ad copy creation, and budget allocation.
• Optimization & Analytics:
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, tracking KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B tests, multivariate tests, and funnel optimization to improve campaign outcomes.
• Optimize ad spend to reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while scaling traffic and conversions.
• Reporting & Insights:
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate campaign results to stakeholders, highlighting insights and recommendations.
• Use multi-touch attribution to track customer journeys and refine targeting.
• Collaboration:
• Work with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• Coordinate with product and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and third-party trackers.
• Innovation & Learning:
• Stay updated on industry trends, new platforms, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven ads, AR/VR formats).
• Propose innovative strategies to enhance campaign performance and brand visibility.
