We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), take care of email and whatsapp marketing campaigns. You will play a crucial role in driving our brand's growth and reaching new audiences through strategic and data-driven marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Google and meta ads:
• Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize ROI.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for campaign enhancement.
• Create compelling ad copy and visuals that align with Throwcode's brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
• Utilize A/B testing and other methodologies to continuously improve ad performance and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and effective ad creatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
• Manage budget allocation and ensure efficient spending across all campaigns.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Identify and implement new growth opportunities and innovative strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Email Marketing:
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage, nurture, and convert leads.
• Design and implement email automation workflows to enhance customer lifecycle marketing.
• Create and manage an email marketing calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.
• Segment email lists based on customer behavior, preferences, and engagement levels.
• Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns for better results.
• Ensure all email communications comply with current email marketing best practices and regulations (e.g., GDPR).
WhatsApp Marketing:
• Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns to reach and engage with customers.
• Develop personalized and targeted messages to promote products, offers, and brand updates.
• Utilize WhatsApp Business API for automated messaging and customer support.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of WhatsApp campaigns and customer interactions.
• Work closely with the customer service team to ensure seamless communication and prompt responses to customer inquiries on WhatsApp.
• Leverage WhatsApp to collect customer feedback and gather insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1+ years) in managing paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant platforms.
• Excellent understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with e-commerce or fashion brands is a plus
