Job Responsibilities:
• Scaling Facebook & Google Paid Campaigns
• Conceptualizing and running Social media (Facebook) ads and Google Ads
• Conceptualizing and Leading Conversion Rate Optimization Initiatives
• Proficient in managing large amounts of data with the ability to interpret and extract meaningful insights. Identify and implement opportunities for improvement. Optimize results for campaigns with A/B testing content.
• Deploy growth hacks to scale up the returns on Facebook and Google marketing initiatives
• All that's related to Facebook and Google Marketing under the sun.
• Clearly understand and implement Facebook and Google marketing campaigns which the brand needs
• Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Previous online experience in Facebook Google Advertising (1 year) is required (understand the buyer's journey and create a marketing funnel).
• Self-starter with a high degree of motivation, ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple projects
• Proficient in managing large amounts of data with the ability to interpret and extract meaningful insights. Identify and implement opportunities for improvement. Optimize results for campaigns with A/B testing content.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, and a creative mindset.
• Copywriting or Creative visualization skills (U) are a plus.
