You will work closely with our content and design teams to ensure optimal campaign performance and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights, improve campaign ROI, and maximize lead generation.
• Manage budgets, bids, and creatives to ensure campaigns meet KPIs and deliver high-quality leads.
• Conduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and audience segments to improve overall performance.
• Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing tools to keep strategies innovative.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
• 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends to drive actionable strategies.
• Experience in A/B testing, campaign optimization, and audience targeting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Location: Candidates must be based in Jaipur or willing to relocate.
