At Klub, we are focused on building revenue-based financing (RBF) marketplace by providing growth capital to loved online consumer brands and D2C brands. We have successfully made 125+ investments in brands across sectors like fashion, beauty & personal care, FMCG, ed-tech, F&B, and subscription businesses since August 2020. Our founders are Anurakt Jain & Ishita Verma.
We are funded by Surge (Sequoia Capital's early-stage investment program) and marquee angels like Naveen Tewari (Founder, InMobi), Kunal Shah (founder, CRED), Shradha Sharma (founder, YourStory), and many more. We raised a $2 million pre-seed round and are scaling fast.
About the Internship:
Klub is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Associate who will be primarily responsible for promoting fast growing, digital brands across E-commerce channels.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for managing performance marketing campaigns on various platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, Google suite ecommerce marketplaces and other emerging platforms) and driving growth through a data-driven approach
2. Collaborate with multiple teams (internal and external) to develop growth strategies and drive revenue growth across platforms
3. Analyse data and generate insights to improve campaign performance and ROI
4. Monitor campaign metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement
6. Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within the allocated budget
Required Qualifications:
1. 2+ years of experience in performance marketing/ digital advertising
2. Experience in hands-on campaign management and coming up with advertising strategies
3. Experience in marketing on ecommerce platforms is a must
4. International experience is a plus
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills
6. Other skills : Growth Hacking and Revenue Growth
7. Strong alignment to Klub's cultural values
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Highly motivated self-starter, with an understanding of cross-border marketing
2. Experience working with a high growth startup / brand would be strongly preferred
3. Demonstrated ability to work and thrive in a high-energy, fast paced, ambiguous environment, with comfort figuring it out and adapting as you go
4. Strong Excel skills with hands on experience writing macros will be a positive
