Adventum Student Living intends to build a cutting-edge, technology based platform to provide end-to-end solutions to international students to achieve their dreams. We have started the journey with UniAcco (Global Student Accommodation platform) in 2026 and have launched UniCreds (Marketplace for education loans) in 2020 our third vertical UniScholarz which is recently launched is a global counselling platform that offers effective mentoring by specialised counselors. These three consumer tech-led companies enable students to have the most hassle-free experience in reaching their educational goals free of cost. Because we believe dreams shouldn't be compromised under any circumstances.

UniAcco aggregates Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) properties on its online
platform and enables customers to compare, consult and choose these properties through this platform. Guarantor, visa consultation, banking and financing services are also offered by us and these are delivered through our strategic partnerships. Our product enables the searching and leasing of PBSA properties.

UniAcco is looking to fill our newly-created position of Paid Search Marketing Specialist to help take our company's growth to the next level. The overriding responsibility of this role is to design and oversee the execution of paid search campaigns to drive pipeline creation and revenue growth.
Skills and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for online acquisition channels. Manage the strategy, setup, bidding, tracking, measurement, and optimization of all paid campaigns and channels.
• Measure and optimize our paid marketing using Google Analytics, backend data, and other measurement tools
• In-depth knowledge of Google ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google analytics.
• Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand the reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisition
• Lead a team of 4-5 members and define their growth path
• Collaborate with content and SEO teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs
• A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and new ideas, and evaluation of features and betas
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead
• Monitor market intelligence and keep track on competitor movement and market situation
• Experience in growth strategies and media planning & brand Uplift
• Proven track record of successfully leading enterprise-level accounts, right from planning to execution
• Strong PPT and Excel skills as well as data analysis & problem-solving abilities.
Requirement:
• Previous working experience in Paid Marketing for 3-5 years (s)
• A proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns
• In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more), and content distribution and placement networks
