Hiring: PPC & Performance Marketing Expert – Medstown
Medstown is looking for a PPC expert with proven experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to join our team and drive massive growth in orders and revenue.
We’re an AI-powered medicine delivery platform working with local pharmacies to deliver medicines within 30 minutes. If you're someone who knows how to scale performance campaigns and wants to take ownership of marketing for a high-growth health-tech startup – we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do:
Run high-converting Meta Ads to drive orders and app installs
Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, CAC, and revenue
Experiment with creatives, audiences, and formats to boost performance
Lead Google Ads campaigns (bonus points for strong experience here)
Collaborate with design and content to produce scroll-stopping ads
Analyze data, generate insights, and report key metrics
Take charge of both paid and organic marketing strategies
Own the growth playbook – from performance to brand
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years experience in Meta Ads with a strong track record
Hands-on with Google Ads, App Campaigns, UAC (preferred)
Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of performance metrics
Ability to lead marketing strategy end-to-end
Startup hustle, growth mindset, and accountability
