Role Overview
The Performance Marketer will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other performance channels. Key responsibilities include:
• Strategize and run performance campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and other performance channels.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and bidding strategy planning.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Work with internal teams to create landing pages and ad creatives.
• Set up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and Meta Pixel.
• Optimize campaigns based on metrics like CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and bounce rate.
• Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
Required Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience running paid marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Console.
• A deep understanding of performance metrics and optimization techniques.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and campaign attribution models.
• Experience managing lead generation and eCommerce campaigns.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for performance reporting and dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications

• Google Ads & Meta Blueprint Certification.
• Experience with Ads, Quora Ads, or Affiliate Marketing.
• Knowledge of funnel building, automation tools, and CRM integration.
