We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Performance Marketing Lead to join Educonnect Australia. This role suits a Digital Marketing professional with 4+ years of relevant Education industry marketing experience who is ready to jump in and help elevate the brand. Based in our Ahmedabad office in India, you will be responsible for creating and managing multiple ad campaigns for India and international locations on Google Ads & Meta Ads.
The role reports directly to the Marketing Manager and requires someone who has expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads execution and management and has a good understanding of how the search platforms work along with their ad delivery mechanism.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Develop and execute campaigns that drive growth across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and Linkedin.
• Define and deliver the strategy for SEM, and Social campaigns including implementation, delivery, and optimizations to drive sustained incremental growth.
• Work with internal creatives and designers to offer feedback and design recommendations to landing pages and creatives to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Create engaging ad copy and own end-to-end campaign setup, measurement, and optimization.
• Report on campaign performance to ensure relevant stakeholders have visibility into program performance & roadmap.
• Lead in analyzing the effectiveness of paid search campaigns, increasing investment in high ROI campaigns, and reducing spend on underperforming campaigns.
• Proactively identify areas of weakness in the paid search program and flag these as requiring improvement.
• Engage with the social and content teams to support seasonal campaigns and promotions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and share knowledge with internal teams and clients.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• 4 + years experience in Paid Marketing and a strong track record in the execution and implementation of successful digital strategies
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, search engines, and display advertising.
• A data-driven thinker with strong analytical and numerical skills combined with high attention to detail.
• Team player who takes ownership and enjoys executing and delivering exceptional results.
• Strong platform knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
