Autosports Group is a large, ASX listed retail automotive dealer group representing some of the world’s greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands. Currently, we have over 2000 employees across 75 dealerships in QLD, NSW, VIC, and New Zealand. The opportunity:
Go client side with a fast-growing business and extensive marketing technology at your fingertips. Support the retail marketing team and work in direct collaboration with our media agency to oversee paid media strategy with a core focus to drive leads. Demonstrate superior technical expertise and organisational capabilities in campaign strategy, media platforms, reporting, projects, market research, data modelling, and the automotive industry and wider media landscape. Work alongside key stakeholders across the business and the agency, working closely with and reporting to the Head of Retail Marketing. This role, and our business, is fast-paced, hands-on, and dynamic.
The role:
Manage the relationship with the group media agency – Zenith Media
Oversee the paid media strategy process from define, objectives and briefing through to review and reporting.
Use data to inform, improve quality & conversion
Leverage learnings and best practice of the group scale
Track & report on key performance indicators of media activity
Support, train, upskill and influence the Retail Marketing Team
Collaboratively work with the Digital Marketing Team
Find efficiencies in process and systems
Other marketing duties as per the job description
About you:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in paid media or agency- would suit senior manager, associate media/insights director level
Confidence and enjoy working in data data data, fast paced environments and developing relationships
Ability to work autonomously with the support of a wider team
Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Marketing Intelligence, Meta Business Manager, Google platforms & Excel
Excellent time management skills, communication, planning, and confidence in engaging with stakeholders.
