Job Description
As part of this position as a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing campaigns on various platforms. You will analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights, and work with creative teams to test strategies and innovation.
You will be expected to deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion across all channels. You will also be responsible for identifying marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Eligibility criteria:
• Experience setting up campaigns in Facebook ads & Google Ads.
• Prior work experience in a quantitative marketing role - managing strategy and execution on social channels
· Managing E-commerce store or D2C store will be an added advantage
• Must have a proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI
• Critical thinker and creative
