Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. This position is based in Bangalore and does not offer a work-from-home option. The ideal candidate will have past experience in the beverages and coffee industry, allowing them to bring valuable industry insights and expertise to this role.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, such as paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing. Ensure campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing objectives and target audience.
• Drive customer acquisition: Implement strategies to drive customer acquisition and growth, leveraging data-driven insights and analysis to optimize campaign performance and maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Analyze and optimize campaigns: Monitor key performance metrics and conduct regular analysis to identify areas for optimization. Use data-driven insights to make data-informed decisions and continually improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the marketing team, product managers, and creative teams to align performance marketing efforts with overall marketing campaigns and business goals. Collaborate on campaign ideas, messaging, and creative assets.
• Stay updated with industry trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital marketing technologies to identify new opportunities and recommend innovative strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Budget management: Develop and manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective campaigns.
• Reporting and analytics: Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights to key stakeholders. Use data visualization techniques to effectively communicate campaign results and recommendations.
Requirements:
• Previous experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the beverages and coffee industry. Proven track record of planning and executing successful performance marketing campaigns.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge: In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing. Familiarity with marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, and other relevant analytics platforms.
• Analytical mindset: Proficiency in data analysis and a strong ability to derive actionable insights from large data sets. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Strategic thinker: Ability to develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals. A strategic mindset to identify opportunities, analyze trends, and recommend innovative marketing approaches.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex marketing concepts to stakeholders. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Results-driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing or related areas would be a plus.
