Our online marketplace is the industry's largest digital catalog with close to ~1,00,000 SKUs live at any point of time.
Role Description
The Design Cart is seeking a full-time Performance Marketing Manager for our onsite location in Delhi, India. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of online marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and conversion. The Performance Marketing Manager will work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth through digital marketing channels such as SEM, SEO, SMO, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, preferably within the ecommerce industry.
• Excellent knowledge of SEM, SEO, SMO, email marketing, paid advertising, and other digital marketing channels.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and conversion.
• Proven record of driving customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth through digital marketing channels.
• Prior client facing / client management experience will be a bonus.
• Proficiency in website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and SEO Moz.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with D2C marketing is a plus.
• Experience with marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Marketo, and Pardot is a plus.
• Cross-functional coordination of digital marketing programs.
• End-to-end campaign management on major paid channels like Google Search, Google Display, YouTube and Meta ads
• Research and execute key aspects of the paid campaign such as audience research, account structure, etc
• Analyze paid media campaigns to develop, execute, test, and report on paid media strategies with actionable next-step recommendations, maintaining a high standard of operational excellence
• Execute bidding strategies across clients from various industry verticals, helping to create a roadmap of initiatives to enable defined objectives & KPIs
• Devise A/B tests to drive continuous optimization, bringing learnings into future campaign activities
• Measure and analyze results. Regular reports on what is working, and what is not and propose adjustments to strategies and tactics
• Understand organizational and product goals and map them to specific project deliverables
• Partner with other digital channels to align overall strategy and message
• Responsible for managing marketing spend to ensure budgets are spent accordingly without under/over-delivery
