Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development:
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) for all performance marketing activities.
Campaign Management:Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across various channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
Data Analysis and Optimization:Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.Perform A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve campaign performance.
Collaboration:Work closely with the content creation and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.Collaborate with the social media team to align paid and organic efforts.
Tools and Technology:Utilize marketing automation and analytics tools to manage campaigns and track performance.Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies to enhance performance marketing efforts.
Reporting:Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and actionable insights.Present findings and recommendations to the marketing team and senior management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:Experience in the textile or eco-friendly products industry is a plus.Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar.Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
