Creative Galileo is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to primarily focus on managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across different platforms. The candidate should have 2-5 years of experience of working in a fast-paced, app based, direct to consumer startup. Apart from working in a high-paced team the person should have capability to drive things as an individual contributor.

(Candidates must have app marketing experience)

Responsibilities:
• Align the senior leadership team closely on marketing budgets & channel mix.
• Own the execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels including google, facebook & affiliate networks.
• Ability to guide creative team to come up with effective digital marketing collaterals.
• Equal focus on driving the CAC down by optimising the campaigns & improving retention/engagement by acquiring relevant user base.

Key Requirements:
• 2-5 years of relevant experience at a fast-growing app first company.
• Detailed practical knowledge of running complex app install campaigns across Google, Facebook & affiliate networks.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with an ability to quickly translate data-driven insights into actions.
• Highly creative & great understanding of marketing communication principles. Ability to critically assess digital campaigns creatives.

Education:
• High score in a competitive examples, mathematics or other academic achievements to help us judge aptitude.
• Any other proof of creativity or/and command over communication skills.
