Job Description
You will lead all our marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects. You will also be involved in developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects, and setting short-term and long-term functional goals. As a skilled Marketing strategist, you will be able to inspire your team members and operate the Marketing department in a way that promotes higher profitability and competitiveness.
Responsibilities:
• Building and scaling a truly world-class growth marketing team and capability alongside top leadership of CODINIUS.
• Creating a marketing plan to drive growth & increase engagement, retention & revenue from users
• Leading a high-performing team to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives across various marketing functions including performance marketing, branding, organic growth, events, social media marketing, product marketing, and partnerships.
• Creating and implementing the marketing plan in line with overall business objectives while striking a balance between longer-term strategic brand-building activities, mid-term lead generation, and nurturing, as well as quick wins to achieve targets.
• Using data and analytics for decision-making and measuring marketing effectiveness as well as creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth.
• Ensuring consistent messaging that is aligned with the brand of CODINIUS
• Building win-win relationships with new and existing partners of the CODINIUS
• Partner with the Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to connect the right message to the right customer at the right time
• Manage the marketing budget to drive sustainable bottom-line growth
• Owning and strategizing the entire lifecycle marketing for millions of active users driving
• Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment ( ROI) Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends.
• Using Engagement & Analytics platforms for journey building & segmentation of users for targeted campaigns
• Reducing churn and uninstalls of users from portal and app
• Re-engaging with users to increase their time spent on the site or app
• Enable to excel the sales target and building
Required Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and work with individuals at all levels of the institution.
• Ability to create, maintain, analyze, and negotiate the department budget.
• Excellent acumen and experience in managing a dynamic marketing team.
• Attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality.
• High integrity and ethical standards.
• An excellent performance record in previous roles.
• Travel as per organizational needs and be flexible as per operational requirements.
Education & Work experience:
• Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing or business or any other relevant area.
• Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for creating visually and verbally engaging reports and presentations.
• Must have at least 7 years of working experience in dynamic work, preferably in the position of Marketing Head.
• Must have a proven and successful ability in leading marketing roles in previous organizations worked.
• Must have displayed exceptional leadership skills and confidence in previous roles.
• Should have experience and knowledge in overall marketing activities which includes Branding, Media, ATL, BTL, Strategy building, SEO, etc
