We at Stegpearl are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. However, please note that only candidates with relevant experience of between 4-6 Years in Shopping Ads, and Google Merchant Center will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies across various platforms.
• Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, with a specific focus on Shopping ads (PLA) and ability to solve Merchant Center and FEED issues.
• Plan, implement, and analyse YouTube ad campaigns to drive awareness, traffic, and conversions.
• Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track campaign performance and customer behaviour, ensuring accurate conversion tracking.
• we are looking for an independent performance-driven candidate.
• Strategic Development: Develop and execute strategies to improve key performance metrics such as A/B Testing, CTR, CPA, and ROI, adapting to market trends and competitive dynamics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, creative, analytics) to ensure alignment on goals and campaign strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure competitive campaign strategies.
• Provide detailed performance reports, insights, and recommendations for future campaigns.
• The ideal candidate should be strong in strategy and planning, and have capacity to plan and execute both long-term strategies and short-term tactical initiatives.
• Reporting: Use Google Sheets/Excel for detailed reporting, including campaign analysis and performance metrics (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
• Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Between 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Google Shopping Ads, managing high-budget campaigns ($50K+ monthly) for large-scale eCommerce brands.
• Certifications (Preferred): Google Ads Certifications (Shopping Ads) or additional certifications in performance marketing or eCommerce.
• Proven experience managing Shopping campaigns and Google Merchant Center.
• Hands-on experience with YouTube ads, including campaign creation, targeting, and optimization.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfort with Google Sheets/Excel, audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Woo commerce) and data feed tools (e.g., DataFeedWatch).
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, or other performance tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Person who have E-commerce experience will get added Advantage.
