Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns across platforms.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure ROI and achieve KPIs.
Develop strategies for A/B testing ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation to improve campaign targeting.
Create and present performance reports with actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and platform changes to leverage new opportunities.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other major platforms.
Agency-side experience is mandatory.
Strong understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio.
Proficient in managing campaign budgets and delivering ROI-driven results.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
Strong communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with e-commerce campaigns or lead generation strategies.
Knowledge of programmatic advertising or display network campaigns.
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or related platforms are a plus.
