Location: Gurugram - In Office - Full Time
Timings: 10:00 - 6:30 PM (Monday - Saturday)
HR Benefits: 14 Casual Leaves, 12 CL, 2 RH in a calendar year
Work From Home Facility: 2 WFH Every Month + 2nd & 4th Saturday by default work from home.
Requirements: Personal Working Laptop
Qualification Criteria
• Proven ability to generate real estate leads and sales for high-value (8-+ figures) real estate properties.

• 2+ years of consistent work experience in lead generation and performance marketing.

• Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field.
Role Description
• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager (Real Estate). The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing & managing digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Programmatic Bidding for our real estate clients. The Performance Marketing Manager will also be required to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and work with cross-functional teams.
