Performance Marketing Manager/Head - Job Responsibilities:
• Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
• Responsible for driving high-quality user acquisition (predominantly Google SEM, Programmatic Display, Metasearch partners, Ad Networks, Affiliates & Facebook-Instagram)
• Work with the internal Sales & Operations, Product, and tech teams to ensure smooth tracking of campaigns and conversion rate optimization projects.
• Work with external partners - agencies and platforms to understand Growth Opportunities and to ensure that all campaigns are planned, tracked, and operated towards specific business and growth objectives. Measure and optimize performance - ROI etc.
• Regularly monitor and report key metrics around marketing performance for All RaynaTours.
• Work with the Tech team to drive offers and landing pages that will help in improving conversions.
• Monitor and track key metrics by building and maintaining data pipelines and dashboards for senior management
Our ideal Performance Marketing Manager will have:
- Total experience of 5-7 years and minimum work experience of 3 years in performance marketing
- Hands-on experience in running marketing campaigns on Google & Facebook properties
-Should have an Experience with Mobile APP Marketing.
A data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision making
Obsessed with metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CPA, LTV, Cohorts, MAU, etc.
- Hands-on experience in using GA, Omniture, Appsflyer, and equivalent analytics tools
- Should have managed monthly budgets of more than 2 Cr INR
