Performance marketing is a type of digital marketing that focuses on the measurable performance of campaigns, typically in terms of revenue or conversions. In a performance marketing role, the individual is responsible for driving online sales or leads through various channels, such as search engines, social media, and affiliate marketing. The main goal is to acquire customers at the lowest possible cost, and to continuously optimize and improve the return on investment for the company.
Responsibilities:
•Setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads and Whatsapp Marketing.
•Implementing and tracking conversion and performance metrics
•Continuously monitoring and analyzing campaign data to make data-driven decisions •Collaborating with other teams, such as product and content teams, to develop and implement marketing strategies
•Identifying new growth opportunities, such as new advertising channels or partnerships.
•Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Skills:
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Experience with advertising platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics and Whatsapp Business.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Familiarity with web technologies.
•Understanding of marketing concepts and best practices.
•Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Experience: 3 to 4 yrs
Salary : 3 to 5 Lpa
