The Performance Marketing Expert will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth. The candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality, engaging and effective marketing content, and will work with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and exceed acquisition targets. Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients to drive lead generation and e-commerce conversions. Stay abreast of industry trends and market issues to ensure strategies remain cutting-edge and effective. Google Ads Management: Proficiently manage Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and e-commerce clients. Continuously optimize campaigns for maximum performance and ROI. Analytics Setup: Set up analytics for clients, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of key performance metrics. Implement Google Tag Manager events on WordPress, Shopify, and custom websites. Market Research: Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards staying informed about industry developments, emerging trends, and competitor activities. Conduct in-depth market research to inform and enhance client strategies. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and objectives. Develop and present well-thought-out digital marketing strategies tailored to meet client needs. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 2 years in performance marketing with a focus on lead generation and e-commerce conversions. Technical Skills: Expertise in setting up Google Ads, Meta Ads and ads campaigns and managing them effectively. Proficient in implementing analytics and Google Tag Manager events on various platforms. Experience with WordPress, Shopify, and custom website analytics setup. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Research Abilities: Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough market research and stay updated on industry trends. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Client-focused: A client-centric mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Experience in copywriting or graphic design is a plus.
