Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist (Google & Meta)
Location: Mumbai/India
Experience:5-6yrs
Key Responsibilities
Strategize smart. Build data-backed media plans across Google and Meta, tailored to each brand’s goals and audience.
Execute flawlessly. Launch, monitor, and scale campaigns that convert curiosity into clicks and clicks into customers.
Analyze deeply. Track, measure, and optimize across platforms — from CTRs and CPAs to creative performance and funnel drop-offs.
Collaborate boldly. Work with creative teams to align ad messaging with audience psychology. Numbers + narratives = conversion magic.
Requirements
4+ years of hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads.
A strong grip on campaign structures, targeting, bidding models, and conversion tracking.
Google Analytics (GA4) know-how, and comfort with UTMs, pixels, and Data Studio dashboards.
You think in ROAS, talk in CTRs, and dream in CPCs.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications is Big plus.
Experience in lifestyle, fitness, or real estate performance campaigns.
Familiarity with automation tools, CRM integrations, or A/B testing platforms.
You can read an ad report and find a story in the numbers.
