ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. This role is for someone who understands funnels, intent, and performance optimization, and can think beyond surface-level metrics like CPL.
You will be responsible for owning paid campaigns end-to-end, focusing on lead quality, ROI, and business outcomes, while also supporting organic social media planning as a secondary responsibility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
PAID ADVERTISING (Primary Responsibility)
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search and basic Performance Max) and Meta Ads
• Manage budgets and improve performance based on intent-driven optimization
• Analyze audience behavior, creatives, and funnel performance to improve lead quality
• Run A/B tests on creatives, hooks, messaging, and targeting
• Track and analyze performance using GA4, pixels, and conversion events
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize landing pages and overall funnel flow
ORGANIC SOCIAL MEDIA (Secondary / Bonus)
• Plan content calendars for Instagram and Facebook
• Understand and guide organic content strategy using performance insights
• Coordinate with the creative team for content execution (no daily shooting or editing required)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Experience with lead generation or service-based businesses
• Comfortable managing ₹5–20L / AED 20k–100k+ monthly ad spends
• Solid understanding of funnels, intent signals, and conversion optimization
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads or TikTok Ads
• Basic understanding of Pixel, Conversion API, and CRM feedback loops
• Experience working with UAE or international clients
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
• This is not a pure social media or content creation role
• This is not a generalist digital marketing position
• This role requires ownership of performance and results
