Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads
• Strategize audience segmentation, targeting, and bidding across different stages of the funnel
• Optimize campaigns on a daily/weekly basis to drive better ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
• Set up and manage remarketing, lookalike audiences, and dynamic ads
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, targeting, and landing pages
• Work closely with the content and creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets
• Analyze data from Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, and other analytics tools to generate insights and improve campaigns
• Manage and allocate media budgets effectively
• Create performance reports and communicate insights, recommendations, and action plans to internal teams and clients
• Stay up-to-date with platform updates, new ad products, and digital marketing trends
Requirements
• Have 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing managing high-budget campaigns
• Demonstrate expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and knowledge of LinkedIn Ads (preferred)
• Show proven experience in lead generation and/or eCommerce sales campaigns
• Possess strong analytical skills and deep understanding of campaign attribution models
• Be proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, and Google Merchant Center
• Display basic knowledge of landing page optimization including UX/UI best practices, heatmaps, and CRO tools
• Be capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Exhibit strong communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Hold certifications from Google (Google Ads/Analytics) and/or Meta Blueprint (preferred)
