You’ll report directly to the Director of Performance Marketing and play a key role in driving the acquisition of new customers through paid channels
Assist with launching and optimizing ad campaigns, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, audio, CTV and affiliate
Help manage paid marketing initiatives to drive conversions and boost brand awareness
Track campaign performance and assist in reporting insights
Support the evolution of our acquisition strategy with an iterative test and learn approach evaluating new platforms, audiences, ad formats, placements, creative, etc
Partner with both internal & external resources to deliver assets, review test proposals, and support budget pacing
Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content and write up creative briefs for paid assets
Ensure timely and accurate content delivery
Coordinate with email and site managers to align on 360 marketing campaign launches and share relevant insights
Achieve coherent and comprehensive brand messaging across digital marketing channels

Job description
We're looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist based in Los Angeles to join our Digital Marketing team. This position is perfect for someone looking to grow their marketing skills while supporting various campaigns and working closely with the creative team. You’ll report directly to the Director of Performance Marketing and play a key role in driving the acquisition of new customers through paid channels.
