We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to help us scale our digital presence across industries. What You’ll Be Doing: As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll own paid campaigns across all major platforms and ensure maximum visibility and conversion for our brands: Campaign Strategy & Execution Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube. Build, test, and optimize campaign structures (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Retargeting). Manage paid media budgets and forecast ROI with precision. Performance & Analytics Monitor campaign KPIs like CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and optimize accordingly. Set up, manage, and troubleshoot tracking and attribution using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM structures. Create clear, actionable performance reports and dashboards for internal teams. Audience Targeting & Growth Develop and manage audience segmentation strategies based on customer behavior, funnel stages, and demographics. Work with content and creative teams to design high-performing ad creatives and landing pages. Experimentation & Growth Marketing Run A/B tests to improve campaign elements (copy, creatives, CTA, landing pages). Identify new platform opportunities and growth hacks to expand reach across niche audiences (e.g., Quora, Reddit, Pinterest, programmatic ads). What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns in a professional setting (agency or brand). Proven track record of managing end-to-end performance campaigns with solid results. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, GTM, and LinkedIn Ads. Data-oriented mindset with strong command over Excel/Sheets, dashboards, and analytics tools. Experience working with eCommerce (for Mahukaa), SaaS (for Oxrow), or EdTech platforms (for Duckman Academy) is a huge plus. Ability to collaborate with design/content teams and provide data-backed input on copy, visuals, and funnels. A go-getter attitude, always looking to test, optimize, and improve results. Bonus Skills (Preferred But Not Mandatory): Experience with email marketing automation platforms (like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp). Working knowledge of SEO and organic growth strategies.
