Job Description
• Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch on Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager and other biddable platforms
• Manage, optimize & maximize the company's ROI on Google Ads, FB & Bing Ads (Search, Discovery, Display & Video)
• Examine correlations between prospecting activities, revenue, and budget
• Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
• Create and deliver meaningful analytics and reporting to monitor and show progress through Google Analytics
• Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs
• Oversee and manage overall paid media budget
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying
• Monitor the market thoroughly and keep track on competitor movement and market situation
• Identify optimization opportunities, including continuous testing of ad copy and landing pages, including A/B testing
What you will need:
• 1-4 years of domain experience
• Any graduation with certifications in Digital Marketing Programs is an added advantage
• Must be comfortable working with large data sets
• Experience in Campaign Optimization (Generating decisions, scaling up campaigns, etc).
• Experience in growth strategies and media planning & brand Uplift
• CRM & Attribution Understanding
• Understanding of investments / financial products / real estate will be an added advantage
• Proven track record of successfully leading enterprise-level paid search accounts by supporting from media planning to execution
• Expert in Google search, discovery, Youtube, and Facebook Lead Generation campaigns
• Strong hold on creating & implementing Search, Video, and Lead Generation campaigns and build data-driven strategies to deliver consistent growth
• Core understanding of conversions tracking and attribution modeling including pixel/tags creations, conversion setting, look back window, and custom variables
• Fair understanding of third party web tracking tools like Google Analytics, Lighthouse, etc.
• Strong Excel skills as well as data analysis & problem-solving abilities.
• Detailed understanding of marketing concepts & brand communications
