Who are we looking for: We are looking for a full-time on-site role META Ads Manager. S/he will manage and execute successful advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Other day-to-day tasks include developing advertising strategies, tracking and analyzing campaign performance, and generating reports to improve campaign efficiency and ROI. Your contribution to the team: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns on Facebook ad platforms Work closely with the marketing team to understand our business objectives and marketing goals Develop and execute effective Ad campaign strategies Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement Create compelling ad copy and visual assets Manage campaign budgets and allocate resources effectively Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing Provide regular reports and analyses to the founder on campaign performance Our ideal candidate must have: At least 5 years of experience in managing Facebook Ads campaigns. Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices Proficiency in Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads platforms Experience in optimizing campaigns for lead generation and conversions Familiarity with campaign budget management Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage a team of 5-6 people Strong communication and presentation skills Facebook Ads certifications are a plus Other details: Office Location - Vesu, Surat, Gujarat. Work Type - In-Office, Fulltime.
