1. Manage performance marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant social media platforms.

2. Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and other experimentation tactics to maximize ROI.

Data Analytics and Reporting

1.Use data and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) to track and measure campaign performance, user behavior, and growth metrics.

2. Generate insights to improve the customer journey and optimize conversion rates.

3. Create regular performance reports and present findings to leadership.

SEO & Content Marketing

1. Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-optimized content that drives organic traffic growth.

2. Oversee keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink strategies to improve search engine rankings.

Email & CRM Marketing

1. Develop and execute email marketing strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and upselling opportunities.

2. Manage CRM tools to create personalized, targeted campaigns based on customer segmentation.

Collaboration with Product Teams

1. Work closely with product and tech teams to develop data-driven strategies for improving product features and the user experience.

2. Use customer insights to inform new product features and growth loops.

Partnerships and Collaborations

1. Identify and establish partnerships with complementary brands and influencers to drive user acquisition and brand awareness.

2. Explore co-marketing opportunities to tap into new customer segments.

Budget Management

1. Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective growth strategies.

2. Allocate spending across channels to maximize returns while minimizing risks.
