Who You Are
You bring 3+ years of experience in digital performance marketing or a related field
You have a proven track record in developing and executing strategies across PPC, SEO, paid social, or other digital channels
You’re skilled in campaign and channel analysis, with hands-on experience using tools like Google Analytics
You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and you know how to turn data and consumer insights into actionable strategies
What You’ll Be Doing
Activate and optimise campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels
Drive performance by planning, executing, and refining strategies to meet key traffic and conversion KPIs
Implement and manage lead generation and remarketing campaigns
Oversee budgets and ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI
Conduct A/B testing and lead conversion rate optimisation initiatives
Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to share insights, improve funnel performance, and present results
Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest trends and technologies in performance marketing
Deliver clear, data-driven reports with actionable insights to inform future strategies
