Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in Search Advertising with Google Ads or SA 360.
Experience in sales, collaboration, or digital media.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience in developing and driving digital sales, marketing, or product strategy.
Experience in building performance advertising solutions and certification for one area in performance media.
Experience in influencing people across functions and countries and managing virtual teams within a organization.
Ability to lead and own operational and cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
Excellent analysis, and creativity skills, with the ability to take initiative.

As a Performance Specialist in the Media Sales Specialist team you will be responsible for enabling sales partners and end clients to leverage Google's AI solutions to grow their business. You will influence, execute and monitor scaled programs, business activation and capability building programs. Working closely with sales teams, you will identify incremental business opportunities and develop plans that support client strategy and objectives. Working with Global and Regional Product teams, you will work on client and market requirements in the product development process.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

Serve as a performance specialist for one or more marketing objectives and the applicable product suite, focused on delivering a performance products suite and designing solutions that accelerate growth.
Partner with Sales teams to drive adoption and business growth in performance.
Ensure engaged perspectives and differentiated value propositions are generated through market-relevant insights. Represent Google's performance proposition internally (e.g., leadership engagements, communities) and externally (e.g., customers, agencies, conferences).
Work with Go-to-Market teams to create goals for new search offerings and contribute to product development.
Lead initiatives and drive core cross-functional projects, including working with teams, business finance, Go-to-Market, gTech, and Google Customer Solutions.
