Position Purpose
Should have 3 +Years of hands on experience in performance testing with Loadrunner, analyzing application performance and performance engineering space.
Strong Hands-on experience in Loadrunner, with exposure in various protocols. Able to provide design solution for complex Business scenarios.
Strong Hands-on experience in Configure and monitor APM tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, etc
Experience on working with various technologies like J2EE, AJAX, .NET, Oracle, Message Queues, SOA etc
Experience in monitoring infrastructure components in high availability web systems using tools like Wily Introscope, dynatrace etc Experience with various platforms Jboss, Websphere, IIS,etc..
Working Knowledge on DevOps & Cloud based applications are added advantage

To Onboard new applications / BAU – a person should require the below skills
Strong EXP in Performance testing tool - Load Runner is mandatory.
Very strong scripting skills in Load Runner tool I essential.
Configure and monitor APM tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, etc.
Working knowledge on SPLUNK, KIBANA is added advantage
Get performance requirements with help of BA / stakeholders to create performance test plan / Strategy.
Understanding of Application architecture, JVM tuning, GC, Thread Dump Analysis.
Monitoring of various server resources like DB connecting, Threads, JMS queues/topics/modules etc.
Good understanding of Performance test Design and experience in preparing Test Plan and effort estimation
Able to accurately analyse performance test results and present results and analysis in both technical and business language
Good knowledge of J2EE technologies and the WebSphere family of products, .NET and the Microsoft environment, Web Services, SOAP, XML messaging etc.

Good communication skills and must be able to work collaboratively with clients and other technical colleagues
