We're working with one of the UK's leading niche insurance brands as they seek a Performance/Digital Marketing Manager in a newly created role, to head up the development of their paid strategy.
The role is very heavy on paid advertising across both Google and META, at least in the first 6 - 12 months with initial budgets at around £600k but desire for them to double. However there will be opportunity to get involved in SEO strategy, web UX/UI and wider marketing strategy. So whilst a paid expert is essential, you must be open to performing some other tasks as well.
The position is home based with a funded visit to London required on average once or maximum twice a month, and a few team building events a year.

Budget ManagementAbility required:
Strong understanding of paid search, social media, programmatic, retargeting and SEO
Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads)
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with GDPR, PECR and other relevant regulations
