Job Description
We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Executive / Associate with at least 1 year of hands-on experience managing ₹20 L+ per month in ad spends across Google Ads and Meta.
What you’ll do
Strategise, launch, and optimise Google & Meta ad campaigns across multiple clients.
Manage large-scale budgets with strong ROI discipline.
Track, analyse, and report performance — you’ll know what’s working (and what’s not) before anyone else.
Collaborate with our creative and analytics teams to align storytelling with performance
Stay curious: test new formats, audiences, and ideas — we reward experimentation.
What we’re looking for
1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or equivalent setup.
Proven ability to handle multi-account campaign management and scaling budgets.
Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, bidding strategies, and ad performance analysis.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical chops and Excel skills.
Based in Bangalore preferred, but we’re open to hybrid or remote for the right fit.
