Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Midwife to join our Maternity unit in Broome. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and delivering competent midwifery and nursing care for patients and their families. Your advanced clinical skills and knowledge will enable you to provide leadership and support to our multidisciplinary team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Demonstrated advanced clinical skills and competencies related to Midwifery
- Advanced skills in planning, coordination, and decision-making, with the relevant practice setting
- Well-developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Incorporates quality and risk management within practice
- Well-developed team leadership and mentorship skills
