Duties
Consult with clients to understand their makeup preferences and desired looks.
Apply makeup for various events, including weddings, photoshoots, and special occasions.
Stay updated on the latest makeup trends (Ombre powder brow, lash lifts, lash tint,lip colour) techniques, and products.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized.
Provide skincare advice and recommend products that suit clients’ skin types.
Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and other professionals during shoots or events.
Build a loyal clientele through excellent service and follow-up communication.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Makeup Artist or in a similar role.
Proficiency in makeup application techniques for diverse skin tones and types.
Strong knowledge of makeup products, tools, and techniques.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well with clients and team members.
A portfolio showcasing previous work is preferred.
Certification from a recognized beauty school or relevant training is a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed for events.
