Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Permanent Makeup Technician to join our team and perform a variety of permanent cosmetics procedures, including Lips Blush, Powdered Ombre Eyebrows, Permanent Eyeliner, and Eyelash Enhancement. As a Permanent Makeup Technician, you will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their desired outcomes, performing procedures with precision and attention to detail, and providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to discuss their desired permanent cosmetics procedures and provide recommendations based on their preferences and facial features.
Perform Lips Blush procedures to enhance lip color and definition, ensuring natural-looking results.
Perform Powdered Ombre Eyebrows procedures to create soft, gradient-filled eyebrows that complement the client's facial features.
Perform Permanent Eyeliner procedures to define and enhance the eyes, providing a long-lasting eyeliner effect.
Perform Eyelash Enhancement procedures to add subtle definition to the lash line, creating the appearance of fuller lashes.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
Educate clients on proper aftercare procedures and provide guidance on maintaining the longevity of their permanent cosmetics.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve skills and enhance service offerings.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
Requirements:
Certification or licensure as a Permanent Makeup Technician.
Proven experience performing permanent cosmetics procedures, including Lips Blush, Powdered Ombre Eyebrows, Permanent Eyeliner, and Eyelash Enhancement.
Excellent artistic and creative skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult effectively with clients and understand their needs.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional attention to hygiene and safety protocols.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of permanent cosmetics.
Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed to accommodate client schedules.
