This is a multi-phase project.
Im looking to test a business idea for a Kids Indoor Play house, working on a existing 5000sqft commercial building in Woodland, Ca, need to draft a prelim set plans for city conditional use approval.
1st phase- I am looking for someone to provide basic sheets, incl site plan, floor plan, elevations, parking etc. This might requires a site visit.
2nd phase- (playhouse design team create layout)
3nd phase- City approval - move to phase 4, City Denial - project cancel.
4th phase- prepare complete plan set for permit submittal, electrical, mep, structural, rendering, etc.
