Mō tēnei tūranga mahi - About the Role:
Auckland based; you will report to a Chapter Lead who is part of our Support Services Centre of Excellence (CoE), a centralised team of 17 that works across the whole business providing seamless support to Directors and Leaders across our sites in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington and Christchurch.
The Team Purpose is to help leaders at Spark succeed by streamlining processes, anticipating needs, and offering proactive solutions for a smooth journey to success. Specifically, you will be supporting 3 – 5 Spark Leads.

Ngā mahi o ia rā – Daily tasks:
Diary Management (60 – 80%).
Travel Bookings (Serko and Tandem Travel – training provided).
Expenses (MS Dynamics – training provided).
Event Management (Conferences, Christmas Parties etc).
Arranging set up of new staff/contractors.
Ordering Stationery.
Arranging carparks, catering, Purchase orders.
Provide backup support amongst the Support Services team.

You are well organised and able to prioritise workload.
You are experienced in multiple diary management.
You are able to work at pace and pivot with changing priorities.
You have high attention to detail.
