Job Description
Mocaup Global Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant to support senior management in daily administrative tasks and time management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. This role demands a flexible, tech-savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Handle travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role.
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
Manage daily administrative tasks to support executives.
Run personal errands and manage ad hoc tasks efficiently.
Assist in organizing events, meetings, and conferences.
Track deadlines and follow up on pending matters with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Discretion and confidentiality are a must.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Preferred Qualities:
Prior experience supporting C-level executives.
Time-management and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude, high emotional intelligence, and professional demeanor.
Ability to anticipate needs and work proactively.

Pay: ₹11,276.+1 - ₹33,048.56 per month
