1.Administrative Support
Managing calendars & scheduling meetings
Handling emails and calls
Preparing reports, presentations & documents
Coordinating internal communication
2️. Travel & Meeting Coordination
Booking flights, hotels, and transport
Preparing meeting agendas
Taking minutes of meetings
Following up on action points
3️. Confidential Work
Handling sensitive company information
Managing confidential documents
Coordinating with senior stakeholders
4️ Personal Support (Sometimes)
Managing appointments
Event planning
Vendor coordination
Skills Required
Excellent communication (verbal & written)
Strong MS Office / Excel knowledge
