We hiring for a part-time (15 hrs per week) Personal Assistant to join us and work remotely, overseeing diverse property portfolios, managing travel, and more!
This remote role will require the individual to be based in Adelaide.
As a Personal Assistant two senior directors you will be trusted with coordinating efficient travel arrangements, providing support across various administrative functions and personal errands. Attention to detail and high level communication will be key!
What we're looking for:
Highly organised, proactive, and attentive to detail
Confident handling confidential information with discretion
Skilled communicator, adaptable, and professional
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, administrative tools and Asana.
Previous PA or administrative experience preferred
Understanding of social media platforms.
High level of professionalism, personable, and positive in every day approach
