Managing company’s common email address & ensuring the communication of emails to concerned persons.
Sending receipt acknowledgements & reminders on instruction of executive from common email address:
Preparing & maintaining the minutes of meetings. Preparation of email drafts for various day to day matters like corporate introduction, demanding outstanding dues etc.
Scheduling meetings with executive or outside member & ensuring that no meetings with carried out without specific agenda. Preparing or formatting or summarizing of reports.
Making Travel arrangements for Executive, Member/client,
