Personal Assistant and Property Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Personal Assistant and

Property Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative tasks, property operations,

and personal executive needs. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who thrives on

variety, takes initiative, and can keep multiple moving pieces in order.

You will play a vital role in both the smooth running of our business and the management

of residential rental properties, providing hands-on support to the company owner and

acting as a key point of contact for tenants, vendors, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative and Personal Support

Manage and organize email communications

Maintain a clean and organized personal office space

Procure supplies and handle errands as needed

File, create, and organize business and personal documents

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events

Property Management Coordination

Coordinate day-to-day management of rental properties

Collect rent and track payments

Handle maintenance requests and communicate with service vendors

Maintain accurate tenant records and lease documents

Assist in drafting leases, notices, and other property-related paperwork

Monitor building upkeep and report or resolve issues promptly

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills — written and verbal

Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Must be reliable, discreet, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism

Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
