Job Description
- Handle expense claim, travel arrangement and errands for the CEO and Director.
- Maintain proper filing system and proper record keeping of clients/contact information for the Management Office.
- Assist Management Office in special projects as required.
- Provides administrative support.
- Makes administrative decisions and takes action in the client’s absence.
- Prepares meeting rooms for appointments, coordinates schedules, and greet customers and clients prior to meetings.
- Preparing communications on behalf of a manager
Preferrably - 4 yrs of experience in similar role (preferred)
Fluent spoken and written english (preferred)
Age should be between 20 to 35 only (required)
• Salary: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

- Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
