We are urgently looking for "Personal Assistant" for India's leading lead-free additives manufacturer and suppliers.
Location : Navrangpura, Ahmedabad
Industry Requirement: Manufacturing
Age must be under35-40
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure timely and accurate scheduling.
• Book flights, accommodations, and transportation for the executive's business and personal travel.
• Prepare travel itineraries and expense reports.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
• Draft and proofread documents as needed.
• Assist the executive with various projects, including research, data analysis, and report preparation.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events.
• Handle personal tasks for the executive, such as managing household staff, making reservations, and running errands.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the executive.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
