About the Role:

We are partnering with a prestigious legal firm in Harrow to recruit a highly skilled and proactive Legal Personal Assistant to support their Managing Director. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA to work closely with a key decision-maker, providing high-level administrative and organisational support in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Diary and Schedule Management:

• Manage and maintain the Managing Director’s diary, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

• Coordinate internal and external events, ensuring all logistics are seamlessly organised.

Document Preparation and Management:

• Prepare, proofread, and format legal and non-legal documents, correspondence, and presentations.

• Handle filing, data entry, and document management tasks with a focus on confidentiality and accuracy.

Communication Support:

• Act as the first point of contact for the Managing Director, managing emails, calls, and correspondence.

• Liaise with clients, legal professionals, and internal departments to ensure clear and effective communication.

Administrative Support:

• Organise and prioritise tasks to ensure the Managing Director’s time is utilised efficiently.

• Manage expenses, invoices, and administrative tasks as required.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

• A proactive, professional, and adaptable approach to work.

Benefits:
