About the Role:
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and reliable Executive Personal Assistant who will work directly with our CEO. This role is a mix of admin, coordination, travel, and on-ground support — ideal for someone who wants fast learning and startup exposure
Key responsibilities:
• Calendar & Schedule Management: Manage the CEO's daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and reminders to ensure optimal time management.
• Meeting & Travel Support: Accompany the CEO for meetings and travel, providing on-ground coordination and support as required.
• Communication Management: Handle calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
• Follow-up & Coordination: Liaise with team members, vendors, and partners to ensure timely completion of tasks and commitments.
• Administrative Support: Organize and manage documents, oversee bookings and payments, and assist with personal errands when required.
Salary & Benefits:
