About the internship:

We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and resourceful Personal Assistant to support the Founder in managing day-to-day operations, strategic priorities, and external engagements. The ideal candidate will act as an extension of the Founder, ensuring that time, information, and decisions are managed efficiently.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage and optimize the Founder's calendar, ensuring effective scheduling and prioritization.

2. Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, and follow-up actions with precision and timeliness.

3. Monitor and organize the Founder's inbox, draft communications, and ensure timely responses.

4. Coordinate meetings, presentations, and documentation.

5. Manage expense reporting, invoices, and vendor coordination.

6. Assist in the creation, formatting, and editing of documents, decks, and proposals.

Stipend:

INR₹ 10,000 - 18,000 /month

Skills required:

Other Requirements:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

3. High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and judgment.

4. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides), project management tools (Notion, Slack, or equivalent), and CRM systems (Zoho preferred).

5. Flexibility to work extended hours when required to accommodate global client schedules.
